In addition to the activities listed above, the Center also
provides exercise for the mind. There are meditation and relaxation
classes and various discussion groups, such as the Wall Street
Round Table and the Investment Club. Have you heard about LIVE
at DBSC? This interesting show features a local "celebrity"
who is interviewed by host Gail. The interview is followed by
a Q & A with the audience. Check your calendar for date/time.
The Center's inviting ambiance has comfortable and bright
rooms where members can enjoy playing bridge, poker, Mah Jong
or any other number of board games they choose. There is a fully
stocked library where one can take pleasure in a relaxing day
reading a good book.
Our evening Continuing Ed & Fitness program is no longer
seasonal. Our members have requested it be ongoing...you asked
and we listened! Classes like belly dancing, yoga, strength training,
low impact aerobics as well as a lecture series will now be offered.
In addition, our fitness center and computer lab will remain
